Our Opportunities
Team FCA offers many opportunities in the U.S. and around the world. We are looking for diverse, high impact leaders who are called to SEIZE a life of significance, SHARE the love of Christ and SERVE through the lens of sports.
AREA DIRECTOR
The Area Director is responsible for growing FCA by praying and staffing the area through Ministry, Talent, Donor and Board Advancement. The Area Director works with staff and volunteers to fund and steward the finances of the ministry.
AREA REP
The Area Representative serves a local geographic area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill FCA's mission. The Representative works with staff and volunteers to create thriving ministries.
AMBASSADOR
The Ambassador serves 15 hours or less each week in a local geographic area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA vision, pursue the FCA mission and live the FCA values.
ASSOCIATE
The Associate assists FCA staff with necessary duties assigned by the supervisor in order to aid in the successful camp ministry or campus ministry programs and/or administrative support.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support for the FCA field office to accomplish the FCA mission and vision and reflect the FCA Core Values in the ongoing work of that office locally.
INTERNSHIP
The Internship experience is designed to develop student athletes in discerning their calling and career while introducing them to various aspects of FCA ministry during a summer or a semester.

To the Volunteer
We rolled out E3 Training for both staff and volunteers. E3 Engage, Equip, Empower is an intentional strategy that models how to make disciples through a discipleship journey. We want to see coaches and athletes know and grow in Christ, and lead others to do the same.
We now have an easy, online way to train up those who want to serve coaches and athletes alongside FCA.
Through the volunteer
FCA partners with volunteers and walks with them to determine how God is uniquely calling them and where the are being led to serve.
