Scott and Karen Hagan have inspired and equipped thousands of couples to enjoy and maximize their life, leadership, and marriage. Seasoned and well-loved as leaders and communicators, Scott and Karen have been pastoring and speaking professionally for over 40 years.  Married for 41 years, Scott and Karen successfully raised four adult children and now relish life with their 11 grandchildren.  Scott loves sports and is the former assistant chaplain for the Sacramento Kings. Two of his sons earned Division-I football scholarships at Cal and Portland State. 

Scott holds his Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and is the former President of North Central University in Minneapolis, MN.  Scott is currently part a post-doctoral fellowship at Princeton University.
