Camp Q&A

Will our rider fit in?  Absolutely, we will separate riders into 3 groups of skill levels. If after the first ride they would like to adjust to another group that would be acceptable.

What do I need to bring?  Clothes for 3 days of camping, toiletries, Sleeping bag, pillow, bike, water bottle, and helmet.

Supervision?  Aside from Bike Coaches and volunteers each group of 8-10 campers will be assigned a Camp Huddle Leader to guide and look after them.

What about the trail rides?  Each group will have two coaches and one Huddle leader to help keep everybody together.  A lead, middle and a tail rider to make sure nobody gets left behind.  Trail rides will be decided based on skill levels and accessibility.  Groups will stop at certain spots to rest and or work on potential biking skills.

Medications?  Yes if your rider needs to bring their medications they will be locked away and given at the proper times by camp personnel.

Pick up time?  Pick up from camp will be at 2:00pm on Sunday afternoon.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING: technology (such as video games, iPads, tablets, etc.), weapons (or anything that looks like a weapon, such as knives, guns, firecrackers, pepper spray, etc.), prank items, drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, pets, or valuables of any kind.
